JFNordlie Opus 64 will serve as the main organ for the newly built campus of Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary, Philadelphia. The seminary has a rich tradition of Sacred music, with daily sung liturgies in the College and Theology divisions.

The organ case features the seminary motto Exiit qui Seminat: the sower went forth to sow. The moveable console will consist of a two-manual French tier with accents in black walnut. The organ will make use of a central room behind the choir loft, speaking out into the live, newly built chapel of the Immaculate Conception, built of marble and wood, with terrazzo floors.
